New Business Discussion of Issues by Board and Association Members.
●President’s Report (Tracie) – Quotes being obtained for several trees in common areas, Drive-through with TPAM showed only one violation (letter was sent), Blue Sky cleared the streets and boardwalks and it’s been pretty quiet since September’s meeting.
-Pond Path – Motion was made, seconded, and approved by the board to “gather facts and figures concerning a bridge behind 1699 Silverwood and presenting the information at the next meeting.” This bridge would allow residents to safely pass between the pond and the house thus completing a path the board is required to maintain all around the pond.
●Pond Report (Midori) – pond is low due to malfunction of pump (repairs expected10/12/22), asking residents to limit yard chemicals and stormwater runoff that end up in the pond, though “beaching” is occurring, the water quality remains stable, volunteers needed to remove tree debris from pond while water volume is low.
●ACC Report (Llona) – 2 requests received and approved. Notice of upcoming election to be mailed 11/1/22. It was further decided that Llona would contact the owner with the port-a-potty out next to the road on Silverwood that they would have one week form the time notified to have it removed.
●Budget/Assessment for 2023 (Board/Margaret) – budget allotments to be formalized at next meeting, assessment for 2023 was set at $400 by unanimous Board vote. (click here for proposed 2023 budget)
●Guest Speaker, Zane Woods of TPAM – provided a report. A topic discussed was that homeowners need to contact Board, not TPAM with neighborhood matters. (Click here for Zane’s report.)
